We are so happy to offer you our premium, single origin extra virgin olive oil, harvested right here from our beautiful farm in Mount Hunter, NSW. We harvest our olives when they are still green and unripe. Even though we don't produce as much olive oil this way, it is the best time to harvest, giving our olive oil high medicinal properties, and its beautiful peppery flavour. Once the olives are picked, they are cold pressed, only once, the same day they are harvested. It truly is special Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
