Sardine Tapenade

What a delicious lunch, and so simple! The only task to it, is a bit of chopping.

To a generous glug of Monks Lane extra virgin olive oil (of course) drizzle your favourite balsamic vinegar. Then simply add your sardines, chopped red onion, black olives, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, grated peccorino, cracked pepper, a squeeze of lemon, then squash it all together.

Enjoy with fresh or toasted bread. Yum!
